BABA VANGA 2130 PROPHECY
A series of sumi ink on cotton paintings inspired by Bulgarian prophet, Baba Vanga’s predictions for 2130—a return to Plato's Atlantis. The fluid nature of sumi ink allows for an organic process, a dance between artist and materials - allowing both focus and freedom to manifest in an intimate conversation.
MURMURATIONS
These stipple drawings are inspired by Murmurations: the phenomenal flight formations of starlings flocking in large numbers. At the site of these heavenly displays, one becomes witness of something so poetic, something of a visual sonnet. This series serves to remind us of the collective unconscious; elegance and mysterious patterns of communication.
