Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.startupartfair.com (the “Site”) and Startup Art Fair LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Startup Art Fair LLC include www.startupartfair.com (the “Site”) and Startup Art Fair ("SAF"). The SAF website is primarily a news and information site. By using the SAF website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.startupartfair.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

    - “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

    - “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

    - “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Paypal accounts), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

USE OF COOKIES

The SAF website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize SAF pages, or register with SAF site or services, a cookie helps SAF to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same SAF website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the SAF features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the SAF services or websites you visit.
